Online Offensive Line Strength and Technique Coaching

WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING ?
We will deliver you customized workouts and/or position specific technique training through an App or online. A detailed instructional video is included with each workout. Inside of the App/website you will record your complete workout details. 

We will hold you accountable for completing each of your sessions through the software. So if you miss a workout, we will be there to remind you and nudge you along the way.

You will have online and video follow-up with me to make sure that your technique is improving and on track. 

I will be your 1-1 coach rather you are accessing one of our strength programs or working on correcting your technique to dominate on the line.

Our lead coach played for West Virginia University where he was an All-Conference player leading the way for the #2 rushing offense in the country. He has helped mentor over 20 Offensive Linemen who have played at the Division 1 college level.

Prehab, Injury Prevention

Dynamic stretches for the whole body. You will receive videos along with the number of sets and reps that are needed for your specific workout. Each activity has a video with descriptions to help guide you along your workout.

Strength Training

Our strength programs are designed to be either 3 day or 4 day workouts per week. We have programs from beginners to advanced. Within our program you will have access to videos showing you proper lifting technique. You will record your sets and reps with the amount of weight used for each exercise.

Position Specific Technique

You will have access to position specific (Center, Guard, or Tackle) drills that focus on placing your body in the correct position to dominate your block. You will receive detailed videos that will guide you through our drill progression to improve your understanding and ability to perform your required assignment. All registered Linemen will also receive two monthly training video breakdowns.
